Artist Spotlight is a recognition given by Arts Council Menifee to a deserving individual or group that continually goes above and beyond spreading art in Menifee and surrounding areas. This includes visual, theatrical, literary, culinary, dance, music and more. Arts Council Menifee also recognizes individuals who support and promote the arts through their influence and continued in-kind and monetary donations.
